i could not stop drawing with only an ugly comic to show for it, so here is a slightly better one. though you may disagree with its conclusion. stout courtesy of sarah jane. i like the idea of the comic i posted, but my lack of artistic skill prevented it from being any good.

lessons learned:
do not draw people sitting down until you are much, much better at it.
leave more than two hours to draw the comic

i think i might make myself draw an extra comic if i post one that i do not like. so perhaps there will be another comic today at a more decent hour.

i know a lot of people who are really good at making comics are reading this, and in case you don't remember what it's like to suck at comics: it sucks to suck.

got in a few hours ago. now, here is a "comic."



last week you got my first gag strips, and this is my first "journal" comic. thank you to people who were nice in my comments, and also thank you to people who were not nice in my comments. i will probably respond to them some time when i am not just back from spring break. i have no idea when the "storyline" will continue, but hopefully soon, when the weight of various things is off of me.

i am leaving for san diego in a few hours, and am spending my spring break there. here's next week's strips. there's no way i could do two weeks worth of storyline in a week, so this is the filler stuff i've been working on this week. by filler i of course mean awesome.
